StudentSecure a comfort
I'm an American going to school in France. Recently I was feeling a little ill and I wanted to go to the infirmary, but I didn't know what I had to pay. So I called the StudentSecure Student Relations department, and they answered all of my questions. They were easy to get in touch with and it didn't cost me a dime to call. It's good to know someone's there if I need help, and it was good to talk to a voice from home, too.

No longer worried about insurance
Needless to say, money can be tight when you're a student a long way from home. Student Secure insurance gives me one less thing to worry about, so I can concentrate on finishing my degree. The insurance wasn't expensive, and it covers me for just about everything. There's a service that helps you find a doctor if you need to, and the 24/7 help line is a great idea, too. I hope I never get sick and have to use it, but overall I think it's a great plan.

Good insurance but high deductible
I have the StudentSecure Select plan, and I like the insurance. A couple of months ago I was involved in a minor accident while away from school. I submitted the claim and was reimbursed, but I didn't like the $100 deductible I was charged because I wasn't treated at the student care ward. The insurance covers a lot of areas, but the deductibles can add up.

A very satisfied customer
My husband and I have StudentSecure insurance, and we are very pleased with it. My husband is enrolled at the medical university here, and he recently came down with a severe case of food poisoning, spending 3 days in the hospital. The StudentSecure insurance came through with flying colors, and the claims were paid without any delay. All of the customer service people we talked to were so courteous and helpful, and they made the filing process easy at a difficult time. We would recommend StudentSecure to anyone.
